Installing and using your eSIM
1. Install at home
Installing adds the eSIM to your phone. Scan the QR code from your email while you’re on Wi-Fi in New Zealand or Australia — you need an internet connection to install it.
2. Connect when you land
In Samoa, set the eSIM as your mobile data line and turn on data roaming for the eSIM line. Keep data roaming off on your usual SIM to avoid charges from your home carrier.
3. Check your plan dates
Installing the eSIM and starting your plan aren’t the same thing. If your travel dates are tight, contact us before you buy to confirm when your plan’s validity starts.
